Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Subscription services are offered through a recurring payment. Should you wish to cancel, you should in the first instance inform Football Edge of your intention to cancel your subscription at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled payment in your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Your subscription can be cancelled by emailing us at support@footballedge.co.uk with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

You can also cancel your subscription by contacting your bank / PayPal or the payment provider you used to make the payment.

We offer no refunds under any circumstances. Any queries should be sent via email to support@footballedge.co.uk. By using footballedge.co.uk or any other service we provide via a third-party application, you are accepting that no profits are guaranteed whatsoever.

​We reserve the right to cancel any membership service without warning or reason. Any paid membership that is cancelled by us will have any outstanding credit for that part of the given period remaining refunded on a pro rata basis from the date of cancellation.
